Pollen Bakery is a Sourdough & Viennoiserie bakery based in a railway arch underneath Manchester’s Piccadilly Station.
Back in 2016, Hannah and Chris came to me with this amazing project of opening a bakery in Manchester. The challenge for me was to create a brand that will encapture their passion and their love for bread. I then worked across a serie of experimentation with type and engravures from the 50's. The little venture turned into a huge success, and I couldn't be more proud of being part of this project born out of love and passion. After 2 years Pollen has become one of the most succesful indepent business in Manchester.
